Please review the COVID-19 Safety Protocol for the office:

1. If you are exhibiting any symptoms of respiratory distress, please refrain from coming in. This includes any sneezing or coughing, difficulty breathing, rapid breathing, lost of smell/taste, tightness of chest, fever, sudden onset of "allergy" symptoms, etc.

2. If you are among those in a high risk group for catching any respiratory illnesses, please make your own judgement for coming in.

3. Please bring in your own mask and wear it as you come into the building. We have a very limited ability to supply disposable/reusable ones to each patient as they come in, so if you have one of your own, please wear it!

4. Please wash your hands upon entering the building.

5. We will be screening each individual as you enter the treatment room.

6. We will be wearing a mask and will be disinfecting all surfaces between each interaction.
