Associate Acupuncturist Wanted for Wellness Clinic in Renton, WA
We are hiring!
We are ready to welcome a well-balanced, thoughtful, and diligent associate acupuncturist to our busy clinic. We love this medicine and are excited to share our knowledge with our community. We are located right next to a major Outpatient Medical Facility, a Chiropractor, and a Physical Therapy clinic, and often work in conjunction with other modalities. We would like to find the kind of acupuncturist who practices the full extent of Eastern Medicine – acupuncture, herbs (Eastern and/or Western), lifestyle coaching (diet, nutrition, movement therapies, other adjunctive modalities, etc.) and wants to study more!
We are proud to have a group of practitioners who have a variety of perspectives and specialties to serve our diverse community. If you would like to work with a group of other practitioners who are eager to collaborate on patient care, share information, and openly communicate difficulties and work towards resolutions, we would be a great fit! We are looking for someone who is willing to attract your favorite type of patient while receiving and treating those who come to you through referrals. You might be well-versed in treating patients, but you are not in love with the business side of things. Wage:
*Part-time - Starting wage of $437.50 a week immediately, then $27-108/hour commission when metrics are met. A fully booked schedule with commission has the potential to reach over $80,000 annually!
Training and Development:
*90-day probationary period in which you would be expected to display adequate performance.
*Mentorship to support your efforts in networking, maintaining excellent patient numbers, and cultivating patients that you are excited to treat!
*Weekly check-ins to keep communication clear, talk about cases, and make sure all qi is flowing well.

About us:
We are a four-room private clinic. We currently take some insurances, however, insurance credentialing is not initially required. We live this medicine. We practice what we preach. In our clinic, we value communication, good qi flow, and nourishment. We are most interested if you aren't planning on starting your own practice and you are looking for somewhere to root down and flourish. We are not looking for someone who is perfect.
